Launch, scale, and invest in Qatar’s thriving digital economy

The Digital Incubation Center (DIC) is a government-backed initiative in Qatar designed to support early-stage technology startups and digital entrepreneurs. Established under the Ministry of Communications and Information Technology (MCIT), DIC provides structured incubation programmes that help founders transform innovative ideas into commercially viable businesses.  DIC focuses on fostering Qatar’s digital economy by enabling startups in priority sectors, such as education, government services, health, transportation, urban planning, environment, financial services, energy, and construction, among others. Through mentorship, training, funding support, and access to industry networks, DIC helps entrepreneurs refine their business models, validate products, and prepare for market launch.

Scale Now is a first-of-its-kind scale-up program designed to empower Qatar’s entrepreneurs with the tools and support needed to develop their companies locally and expand globally. Launched by the Ministry of Communications and Information Technology (MCIT), this initiative aims to strengthen Qatar’s digital economy by building a thriving ecosystem for tech companies, supporting the objectives of the Digital Agenda 2030. Scale Now focuses on assessing each company’s readiness to scale, identifying key challenges, and crafting a tailored program to support their growth journey.
